What is the return policy?
It is our best effort to ensure your shopping experience with RUCHIK lives up to the high standard we aspire to. However, should it not, please get in touch with us and we will try to resolve the concern. We do not accept returns for perishable items.
When will I get my order?
Your order will be shipped before 12pm the following day from it being placed and processed. Please allow a time of 5-7 business days for Standard Delivery and 1-2 business days for Next Day Delivery. Our shipping partner is EVRI and you will receive a trackable link with your shipping confirmation.
Do you do wholesale orders?

Where are your products manufactured?
Our filter coffee comes from the lush hills of Chikkmagaluru in the heart of Indian coffee, Karnataka. All our products, including those in our limited edition collaboration with BEANDOCK, are produced in and sourced from Karnataka, India. RUCHIK is an importer and distributor of Indian coffee and brewing apparatus in the UK.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Our shipping partner is EVRI.
